Free domestic shipping is available for orders of $75 or more and free international shipping for orders of $150 or more.

Most orders will ship within 3 to 5 business days after confirmation of payment is received. If you need your jewelry in a hurry please contact me and I will be able to let you know if an item can be shipped immediately. If there is a delay over 5 business days due to high volume demand, you will be contacted immediately.

All orders are shipped with USPS, unless otherwise requested. We offer 2 methods of domestic shipping: standard and expedited.

For standard shipping you should receive your order in 5-10 business days for $5.50. Expedited shipping arrives within 2-3 business days ( except holidays ) for $10. International shipping is available for the cost of $25.00. Once you have placed your order you will received a confirmation email with your order number and tracking number.

Everything is handmade with lots of passion, desire, and love. I want you to be completely satisfied and be in love with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason I'll be happy to accept the return of an unworn item within 14 days (domestic) or 21 days (international) of the purchase. Items should be returned in the original condition with tags, original receipt and showing no signs of damage or use. All jewelry boxes, bags etc. must be returned with the item as well. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the items. If the package does not reach us safely I will not be able to complete the refund. Therefore a tracking number must be used when shipping the return back to me.

Please contact me at jana@fastlovedesigns.com with your name, order number and the reason of your return and I will email back to you the address where to ship your return.

Custom orders are final and may not be refunded. Please expect up to 4 weeks for your return to be processed. We will credit your original method of payment minus the original shipping charges. Please note that if you received free shipping and the refund brings you under the ‘free shipping cap’ we will deduct our shipping costs off your refund.

Worn merchandise and damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.

Every product I send out is initially quality controlled, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault I will happily replace it or give you a refund as long as it has been returned within 14 days of purchase. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.

If something breaks I will be more than happy to fix it for you. Please keep in mind that repair times may vary due to my busy schedule. The repair cost will be low most of the time but can vary due to different circumstances. Some charges may apply and you will be responsible for shipping cost.

Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

NOTE: If you purchase an item that at a later date goes on sale, we are not able to honor the lower price, unless it was within 14 days of the purchase.

Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.


Please note I DO NOT offer exchanges, but of course you are welcome to return an item for a refund (within the return rules) and re-purchase your preferred item once I've refunded you.

Fast Love Designs attempts to display all the products and colors as accurately as possible. All styles, designs, fits and colors are presented as best as we can. Fast Love Designs can not guarantee that the colors shown on the website exactly matches the actual product. Please take this into consideration prior to purchasing.


Each piece is hand-crafted, often with rare and/or unique beads and components and requires delicate handling. For best results, after wearing, gently wipe with a soft jewelry cloth and store in a cool dry place - preferably a jewelry box.

Avoid excessive moisture (do not swim with it, shower with it or get it wet). If your item gets wet, make sure to dry it off. Certain metals and plating (specifically gold-plated) can tarnish over time when exposed to chemicals, such as pool water, sea water, hair spray, perfume and lotions. It's recommended to put your jewelry on last to minimize contact with these chemicals.

Please keep in mind that over time brass, copper, silver and gold will tarnish. You can always polish it back to shine with common polish.
